GLASS ON GLASS
The G Pen Connect is a flexible device, and will work with any water piece that has a glass-on-glass joint. Your Connect will come with a 14mm Male adapter, suitable for any piece with a 14mm Female joint. You can also purchase a 10mm, 14mm, and 18mm adapter in both Male and Female separately. Please note that with the battery attached, the Connect may change the balance point of your piece so be careful to avoid any spills or breakage! A spring-loaded carb release button creates instant airflow, allowing the chamber to be effortlessly cleared. 

ELEGANT BUILD
With a sleek and modular design, each of the G Pen Connect’s parts attaches magnetically, including the tank lid which replaces the more traditional carb caps. The Connect has a simple design consisting 4 main parts which can be assembled or taken apart easily. The Tank with Magnetic Lid, Metal Body or Housing, Battery and Glass Adapter. The housing features a spring loaded carb release or 'turbo valve' as some may call it, which clears your water piece. It also features a ceramic bowl, which means this device is better suited for those who value flavour over vapor density. The firing button is located on the battery itself and faces upwards, making it very ergonomic and easy to use.

HEATING
Once the Connect has been powered on, you can cycle through its three voltage output settings by simply clicking the power button three times. The G LED on the button will change color, corresponding to the following voltage settings:

Low (Blue) - 3.1V
Medium (Green) - 3.6V
High (Red) - 4.1V

Once the G Pen Connect is powered on you can also use the Extended Draw Mode by clicking the button twice. Once at temperature, the G LED will remain solid and continue to heat for 10 seconds without the need for holding the button down. This automatic heating can be cancelled at any time by clicking the button.

BATTERY
The G Pen Connect Battery is packed with 850 mAh of power and uses an easy, snap-in magnetic connection for quick and effortless setup. Although small, the device is capable of driving several back-to-back sessions while supporting pass-through charging whenever needed.

WARRANTY
Grenco offers a 1-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Register your device on the official manufacturer website once you receive it from us. If a physical defect arises and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, Grenco Science usually exchanges the defective product with a new product.

CLEANING
The G Pen Connect is stupidly easy to clean. You would only need to thoroughly clean the ceramic tank. Soak a cotton swab/bud in some Marijoinlah Swish or similar isopropyl cleaners and squeeze out the excess moisture. Swab the tank and glass parts removing any residue or dirt. You can also initiate a burn-off to get rid of more stubborn residue. Operate the device using the manual heating mode on the highest voltage setting to perform the burn-off. We also always recommend a burn-off after cleaning to remove any residue cleaning solution
