All our products are meticulously packaged in plain shipping boxes without Pocket Ovens branding, ensuring discreetness and security for our customers. Our commercial warehouse address listed as the sender. We understand the intricacies of shipping vaporizers internationally, with challenging import processes especially in Asia. Details of our optional Customs Clearance Insurance is further down this page.
SHIPPING METHODS
Our shipping policy, known as FOB Shipping Point, designates the buyer as responsible for the shipment once it departs from our warehouse. We offer a variety of shipping methods depending on from where the products are purchased. Most of our inventory is shipped from Malaysia.
FREE Shipping
For orders in Malaysia, enjoy free shipping when you spend more than RM80 in a single order.
Same Day Delivery for Selangor & Kuala Lumpur
Same Day Delivery for customers in Selangor and Kuala Lumpur is available for a flat fee of RM30 and is subject to fulfillment availability.
If fulfillment service is available, your items will be shipped out on the same day and you will receive the items before 10pm on the day the order is placed and paid for.

Same Day Delivery is only currently available in the Greater Klang Valley area. We reserve the right to change your delivery method for Selangor addresses north of Rawang, Selangor.
Orders within Malaysia - Courier Delivery
Orders sent within Malaysia from the warehouse are normally dispatched via NinjaVan or DHL eCommerce.
Pickup from Warehouse - for bulk orders only
Bulk order customers have the option to self-pick up their orders from our Malaysian warehouse in Subang Jaya, Selangor. Please contact us at hello@pocketovens.com upon placing your order to confirm. Self-pickup is only available on weekdays after 2pm excluding Malaysian/Selangor public holidays.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Products that are purchased outside Malaysia are normally shipped via FedEx, DHL or Aramex.
Customs Information
Duties and import taxes imposed by the buyer's national customs authorities are always the responsibility of the buyer. The buyer is also responsible for complying with all local rules, regulations and import restrictions when purchasing from Pocketovens.com. Pocketovens.com is not responsible for shipments seized by customs, unless Customs Clearance Insurance has been purchased,
Customs Clearance Insurance
Buyers have the option to purchase Pocketovens.com’s Customs Clearance Insurance in the shopping cart. The customs clearance insurance provides peace of mind that you will get your order delivered or receive a refund!
This coverage activates if an order fails to clear customs. A shipment is considered cleared when:
- Shipment tracking confirms clearance and has arrived into the destination country; OR
- Courier delivery partner provides the buyer a tax invoice for duties, import taxes or other import fees. The shipment would be cleared subject to payment of due amount by the buyer.
If the order does not clear customs as defined above, Pocketsovens.com will do one of the following:
- Reship the order up to (1) time OR
- Refund the order, excluding shipping cost, Customs Clearance Insurance cost and any transaction fees.
Pocketovens.com can chose to refund the order amount as defined above to the buyer without attempting re-delivery at its own discretion.
