    How to use the Zenco Duo?

    1. Charge for 2 hours and perform a burnoff.
    2. Remove magnetic top and screw in one of the coils or a 510 cartridge.
    3. Fill the chamber and replace the magnetic top. Lock the Zenco Glass in place on top of it.
    4. Easy on/off: The Zenco Duo can be turned on or off with just 5 taps on the button.
    5. Convenient filling: To fill the glass diffuser chamber, tap and hold the button. Tap twice to autofill, and tap once to stop autofill.
    6. Customizable voltage: Choose from 4 voltage options by tapping the button 3 times. The colors correspond to different voltage levels: Yellow (2.5V - Low), Blue (3.0V - Medium), Green (3.5V - Medium High), and Red (4.0V - High).
    7. Battery level indicator: The Zenco Duo has a color-coded LED light to indicate the battery level. Green indicates 70%-100% battery, Blue indicates 30%-70% battery, and Red indicates below 30% battery.
    8. Easy to clean: Use the included cleaning brush to clean the glass diffuser chambers and vaporizer unit, making maintenance quick and simple. Build a habit!

    Elegant Design & Unique Vaporizing Experience

    The Zenco Duo  vaporizer consists of two main parts, a base that houses the heating elements and controls, and a glass chamber to contain the vapor. The low profile of the Zenco’s base makes it look sleek and doubles up as interior décor for your home. The visual of vapor forming and floating in crystal clear glass is a truly special experience - a classy addition to any arsenal!

    High Quality Build

    The glass and base to the Zenco Duo have consistent, high-quality finishes that provide a premium experience.  All Zenco glassware is interchangeable and there's a variety to choose from. The glass cups are dishwasher safe and come with a removable food-grade silicone diffuser. 

    Flexible Usage

    The heater in the base is threaded compatible with 510 cartridges and Shatterizer Coils; quartz coils or the ceramic coils. This makes it an adaptable aromatherapy vaporizer for cartridge, concentrates, wax or dry herbs. The Zenco Duo shines best when used with 510 cartridges and concentrates, while dry herbs can end up burning in the coils if used incorrectly.

    Battery-powered

    The Zenco Duo lays on a flat surface like a desktop dry herb vaporizer, however it does not require to be plugged into a socket as it uses a rechargeable battery. It is kitted with a whopping 2200mAh battery with a type-C charging port, more than enough for your long, relaxing sessions.

    Heating Method

    The Zenco Duo operates via conduction, directly heating the atomizer to provide a smooth flavour. Please note that using the quartz coil will likely combust your dry herbs. There are 4 heat settings to choose from, corresponding to different voltage levels:

    • Yellow (2.5V) thin, very flavourful vapor
    • Blue (3.0V) slightly thicker, smooth vapor
    • Green (3.5V) thick vapor, less harsh
    • Red (4.0V) thick and heavy vapor

    Easy to Use System

    Zenco Duo features a single-touch button control system. This button powers the unit on or off, quickly cycles between temperature settings, and engages the auto-filling mode or manual filling mode. There is also an Auto-Off function that will automatically turn off your device, handy if you ever forget to shut it off after your sessions. Charging the 2,200 mAh battery is also super easy with a USB-C type charger included in the box. It takes only 1.5 – 2 hours to fully charge.

    Party Favourite

    The Zenco Duo comes with 2 dishwasher-safe glass chambers that act as cups. The glass is short with a round bottom allowing for more vapor to settle in it longer. This design is great for a user who prefers gradual sipping. For those who prefer stronger hits from a vaporizer, checkout the Zenco Flow. 

    The convenience of having multiple glasses makes it easier to use the Zenco Duo in parties, allowing friends to sip along in a more hygienic way. Using different glasses also provides opportunities to individualise your cups. As vapor forms in the glass, add mint to your cup to introduce a subtle touch of flavour. Having an extra glass also allows you to use a clean one while the other is in the dishwasher!
