Conduction Heating Method
The heating element used in the Zenco operates through conduction, directly heating the atomizer to provide a smooth, exceptional flavour. For dry herbs though, it will be combusted on the quartz coils. There are 4 heat settings to choose from, corresponding to different voltage levels:

Zenco Duo vs Zenco Flow : What are the differences?
The Zenco Duo comes with 2 dishwasher-safe glass chambers that act as cups. The design of the glass on the Zenco Duo is shorter and with a rounder bottom compared to the Zenco Flow. This allows for more vapor to settle, enabling Zenco Duo glasses to hold vapor slightly longer. This design is great for a user who prefers gradual sipping without the pressure of taking a full hit.

Water added in the Zenco Flow glass provides an extra cooling effect by filtering and hydrating vapor as it passes through. Unlike the Zenco Duo glass chamber, you can’t tilt the Flow’s cup too much as it has water in there.it. Instead, you have to pull the vapor through the water. The inhalation method is more of a chug than a sip.
Zenco Flow’s delivery is better if you prefer stronger hits; giving you a minimalist, potent vaping experience! The hole in the side is not a carb hole, it is designed as an air intake hole. DO NOT plug it with your fingers as it will cause reverse suction with the water above and leak down into the unit. The Zenco Flow will require slightly more maintenance to clean compared to the Zenco Duo as the water does speed up the formation of residue or buildup on the glass

Based on user feedback, we advise you to take extra precautions when using dry herbs in the Zenco, as there’s a likelihood of combusting your material, creating smoke instead of vapor. Some tips for dry herbs usage are:
- Use Shatterizer quartz coils and start with a small fill of dry herb first to gauge the burn factor.
- Use a fine grind for the best results.
- Use the lowest heat setting, Yellow. To minimise the chance of burning, don’t use a higher heat setting.
- Use the manual-fill mode with one push and hold of the power button. Fill the glass only about 25% - 30% so that the coil does not get too hot. A little like a fancy glass of wine, big glass with not so much to drink!
- Do not use auto-fill as the heat cycle is longer. This will burn your herbs.
- Check the coil occasionally between hits to examine if there’s burning and adjust from there.
